About

Actor - Writer - Photographer - Lover of Noodles and Soup

Denise Chan is an actor, writer and photographer.

She first discovered her passion for storytelling at age 8 taking Drama classes taught by Dustin Clare (Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, NCIS: Sydney) and playing Agamemnon in a cabaret performance of a scene from 'Iphigenia in Aulis'. Though a funny circumstance (as an 8 y.o. playing a King trying to convince his wife to sacrifice their daughter), it was one that opened up a world of imagination.

After studying and working as an accountant, Denise found her way back into the performing arts in 2018, studying the Meisner Technique with Billy Milionis at The Actors Pulse and is currently an Advanced Student. She holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in taekwondo and enjoys gaming, writing poetry and spending time with family.
